Attending rounds question

I am enjoying sharing the main teaching points from my two weeks on VA service.  My team is actually reviewing my notes to reinforce the teaching.

So the question - is this series worthwhile?  What comments do you have about the focus of these entries?

Thanks

Good Series….I worked at the Birmingham VA in the 1990s as a resident and can verify the plethora of disease (mostly CV and pulmonary)…saw excellent ID as well

Really enjoy everything you write, from clinical (takes me back to my days as a resident, and I usually pick up a nugget I missed then [20 years ago]) to P4P discussions.

Absolutely useful. I am an Internist 10 years post residency and I really enjoyed looking at how you think about patients and discuss their conditions with your team. I was tuning in everyday to see what the topic might be. Much more interesting since I hadnt been up all night admitting patients.

The acid base problem was fun. Case presentations with delayed answers/explanations make for more interactive blogs as the reader gets a chance to do a little detective work on his own.
