Periodically I update my media recommendations. To celebrate the new decade, I did my update this morning.
My suggestions are somewhat eclectic. I am happy to answer questions as to why I included entries to the lists.
One book I am currently reading – Drive by Daniel Pink. Once I finish, it will garner a major entry on motivation and how we must change our concepts of incentives for physicians. Our current system guarantees higher health care costs and guarantees less physician satisfaction. Our payment system is truly devious, convoluted and counter-productive.
