You had me all the way up to the "cash for primary care" portion. I think primary care is the one area that MUST be covered, as it is the gateway to improved health and fitness of the American population. I also agree heartily that tort reform is a necessity, but sadly also believe the legal lobby is much too strong for meaningful reform. While not a liberterian, I too favor health care reform.
