		<description>Ultimately, yes, this is true; however, imho, the best results happen when you add glycemic index and blood sugar to the mix... cut out processed carbs like white rice/bread and eat 6 meals a day.

Because while it is true that (decreased calories in) - (increased calories out) = (wt loss), by being cognizant of the ebb and flow of your blood sugar, and making really simple substitutions, you can optimize/further augment the (increased calories out) part of the equation significantly and essentially effortlessly...
