Hello, Yes I have and when I have enough money saved ( I’m currently working locums assignments), a cash based practice is precisely what I’m doing, based on G. Mooore’s plan. I know several physicians where I trained that are already doing this and they’re doing quite well. Their pts love them. You can do it boss!

Has anyone considered adopting Dr. Moore’s model but making it a cash business only? Get rid of all the “billing headaches” by asking for payment at the time of services rendered.
