Defeating excuses to not exercise

Making Time to Walk

It's too easy for some of us to create and accept reasons not to exercise. If you find yourself giving in to common excuses for not keeping active, look at this list and counter each hurdle with ideas to stay motivated, weave movement naturally into your day, and stay on the road to a healthier you.

There are no good excuses for not exercising--the only good reason is to forthrightly say"I do not want to exercise"--I have either ran (well, it is now a pre-geriatric shuffle)or bicycled every day, except five, for over twenty five years--raised two daughters, full time job, travel extensively, voracious reader, socialize, have daily coffee with friends--in other words--I have a life--Thanks for all your work and quality postings Frank
