Well, yes, fun and convenient would certainly be more motivating. And I could certainly benefit. At the moment, I do a few light exercises, mostly for my arms and back - convenient but not a barrel of laughs.

As I once told my company commander, I have no excuses (no branch of the military accepts excuses, SOMEone can always be blamed) but I do have reasons.
