I grew up and got fat when most (possibly all, unless you include Howard Johnson and Marriott as "fast food") of these fast-food companies were unknown, and so did the dude who is suing.

They didn't tell him over-dependence could be bad? Ye goddes and lyttle Physshes! Like the people still suing (and winning) tobcco because they were not made aware, where has this guy been the last 60 years? I know cookies may be bad for me, do I need Nabisco specifically to advertise that Oreos may be a health hazard? At government behest yet?
